It gives me great pleasure to convey, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan our warm and cordial felicitations on Your Excellency’s re-election as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Your re-election is a vivid recognition of Your outstanding qualities and the trust reposed in your leadership by the people of Azerbaijan.

Pakistan and Azerbaijan are bound by deep ties of amity and friendship. The relations between the two brotherly countries have always been close and friendly. I am confident that under your able leadership and through our mutual endeavors, these relations will be further strengthened in the days to come.
