Your Excellency,

I followed your presidential election campaign with great interest and I was filled with joy when I saw the fantastic result that brought You to the head of the Azerbaijan Republic for one more term. I have always felt a deep friendship and admiration for your country. I am glad your citizens acknowledged tremendous efforts and works you have undertaken to modernize and further advance your country. I personally noted in several of my interviews that Azerbaijan was the country I visited that had accomplished the greatest progresses in terms of sports, culture, economy, society and country planning. All these progresses are the fruits of your work and I am convinced the coming years will allow you to lead yet brighter projects.

I reiterate my congratulations and I hope to have the pleasure to meet you again in a near future.
