Your Excellency, President Ilham Aliyev,

On behalf of the worldwide family of SOS Children`s Villages and on my personal behalf, please accept our congratulations to the resounding victory of Your re-election as president of Azerbaijan.

I still recall the visit to Your beautiful country in February and thank You one more time for the hospitality I experienced.
