Please accept my heartiest congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - the Republic Day.
On this important date for the history of your country it is gratifying to note that over the past years of revival of its statehood the Republic of Azerbaijan has made impressive strides in strengthening the independence, national economic development and strengthening of its positions in the international arena. I am sure that your multifaceted activities in the high office of the President will continue to serve the prosperity of your country and the steady growth of the welfare of your people.
I am firmly convinced that the traditional friendship between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Azerbaijan opens up new prospects for further expansion and deepening of our mutually beneficial cooperation.
May I wish you, dear Mr. President, good health and success for the good of the country, and the friendly people of Azerbaijan peace, harmony and well-being.
