Azerbaijani cybersecurity specialists succeed in international competition in Tashkent

A delegation of Azerbaijan’s State Service for Special Communication and Information Security participated in the “Cyber Security Summit – CENTRAL EURASIA” (CSS 2026) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The summit, co-organized by Uzbekistan’s National Cybersecurity Center and UK-based Dialogue Events, brought together more than 600 participants to discuss current cybersecurity issues, critical information infrastructure protection, cyber risk management, and regional cooperation.
The State Service’s “Blue Team” took third place in the international “CYBERKENT 4.0” cybersecurity competition held as part of the summit.
Participants completed practical tasks simulating real-world cyberattack scenarios, focusing on information system defense, cyberattack detection, incident response, and log analysis.
