Please accept my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - the Republic Day.
Today we are witnessing the significant achievements of Azerbaijan in all spheres of state building, reform of society and socioeconomic development of the country. Azerbaijan is confidently and judiciously implementing large-scale reforms aimed at strengthening the sovereignty and independence, improving people`s livelihoods and increasing the authority of the state in the international arena.
I am very pleased to remember our meeting in the beautiful and sunny Baku in October last year, the fruitful negotiations we held in an atmosphere of friendship, trust and mutual understanding.
I am confident that the agreement reached between us will serve as a solid basis for the further development of Uzbek-Azerbaijani multi-faceted and long-term cooperation for the benefit of our fraternal peoples.
