Functions in the framework of the Day of independent observer announced by the International Fund for Election Systems / IFES/ office in Azerbaijan will be held in the Europe Hotel in Baku, on September 20.

Everyone wishing to become an observer at the upcoming October 15 Presidential elections may get full information on the role, status, obligations, and rights of observers, as well as nuances of new Electoral Code of the republic, AzerTAj correspondent learnt from IFES office.

Both local and international specialists on universal suffrage will attend the action.
