The reference of the Union of Writers of Armenia in parliament of this country about recognition of the Kars Treaty of 1921 void has caused indignation and fair protest of more than 60 thousand members of the International Peace Adherers Association. In the statement made by the Association, it is said: it is easy to understand that behind this dirty initiative stand the political ends of the Armenian nationalists and their patrons. The Armenian separatists, realizing, that peaceful co-existence between peoples in region of Southern Caucasus is the basic obstacle of their provocative and hostile activity, try to reconsider for their favor the entire international obligations and contracts.

The said offer being continuation of such provocations as the notorious decision of parliament of Armenia on connection to Armenia of Nagorny Karabakh - the integral part of Azerbaijan, the requirement of the autonomy for the Georgian region Javakheti with compact residing Armenians, once again shows the true face, perfidious, ungrateful essence of the Armenian nationalists. What do they intend? The answer is unequivocal: to the going infringement of stability on Southern Caucasus, peaceful co-existence of peoples, peace and tranquility, to creation of ideological ground for realization of the intentions on capture of new territories! Therefore, the Association calls healthy forces of all world to condemn the dirty purposes of the Armenian nationalists, to force them to leave from this dangerous way.
