MEETING OF COUNCIL OF CIS GOVERNMENTS OPENS IN YALTA
Regular meeting of the Council of heads of the CIS Governments opened in Yalta 25 May. Premier Artur Rasizade represents Azerbaijan at the Forum.
Agenda of meeting, under presidency of the Prime Minister of Tajikistan Akil Akiulov, includes 25 questions. Draft documents to be considered, passed preliminary coordination at the meeting of Council of CIS Foreign Ministers and CIS Economic Council. Basic questions include interaction of the CIS member-states in economic sphere, in the field of policy, humanitarian cooperation, as well as financial provision of activity of the CIS bodies.
At meeting, the Council is expected to debate the drafts of agreements on development of common energy market of the CIS member-states, implementation of complex joint measures of the Commonwealth states on prevention bird-flue at the territory of CIS, the questions connected to activity of the Collective Forces on maintenance of peace in Commonwealth, organizing the work of inter-state fund for humanitarian cooperation and a number of other important problems.
