MEETING ON AZERBAIJANI YOUTH STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM HELD

An event regarding the state program of education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015, which brought together the representatives of Azerbaijani Ministry of Education, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and other international structures held at the Ministry of Education.

Minister Misir Mardanov told of significance of the program adding that about 5 thousand Azerbaijani youth will study at the leading foreign universities till 2015.

Mr. Mardanov underlined that legal basis for cooperation with French Knous, German DAAD and US Department of State Fulbright program was created to send Azerbaijani students to the relevant countries.

About 200 students will study at the Universities of Germany, Turkey, US, France, Russia, Korea, said Minister.
