MINISTER OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY OF POPULATION RECEIVES ILO REPRESENTATIVES
Minister noted that provision of employment of the population is always in the focus of attention of President of Azerbaijan. This issues was included in the “State Poverty Reduction and Economic Development program in the Azerbaijan Republic for 2003-2005” and “State Program of Socio-Economic Development of Provinces of the Azerbaijan Republic (2004-2008)”.
Mrs. Martina Lubyova expressed satisfaction with the work done in Azerbaijan and told of the actions to pursue the national employment strategy. The guest stated that the workshop on social employment in Azerbaijan to be held on April 1-2 and attended by representatives of the Ministry, Confederation of Trade Unions, Employers, ILO Geneva and Moscow offices should be described as a continuation of the work in this sphere.
