Moroccan minister strongly condemns Iran's drone attacks on Azerbaijan

On March 6, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad Nasser Bourita held a phone conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
During the telephone conversation, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov briefed his Moroccan counterpart on Iran's drone attacks in the direction of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
FM Bayramov emphasized that such actions against the territory of Azerbaijan not only contradict the country’s sovereignty, but also blatantly violates the norms and principles of international law, serving to increase tensions in the region.
Minister Nasser Bourita strongly condemned the drone attacks on Azerbaijan’s territory, expressed concern over the situation, and conveyed his solidarity with the country.
The ministers also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
