PARTICIPANTS OF V WORLD RUSSIAN PRESS CONGRESS ARRIVED IN BAKU

Participants of the V World Congress of Russian Press have arrived in Baku. The popular journalists, public figures etc. were met at the airport Bina by first vice-premier of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov, chief of the Socio-political Department of the President’s Administration Ali Hasanov, ambassador of the Russian Federation to Azerbaijan Nikolay Ryabov, ministers, heads of committees and other officials.

Responding AzerTAj correspondent’s question on the issues to be held in the congress, first deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Eleonora Mitrofanova said that participants would consider certain aspects of their work related to coordination of Russian-language press and efforts to make it more unbiased in covering major directions of Russia’s policy.
