President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Minsk VİDEO
Minsk, October 25 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus, where he will participate in a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
At the Minsk National Airport, decorated with flags of CIS member countries, the Azerbaijani President was welcomed by Chairman of the Executive Committee and Executive Secretary of the CIS Sergey Lebedev, and top Belarus state and government officials.
