PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES VICE–PRESIDENT OF BULGARIA
On June 18, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Vice-President of Bulgaria Angel Marin.
The President expressed his satisfaction with successfully developing Azerbaijan-Bulgaria relations, noting that participation of the Bulgarian delegation in the GUAM summit promotes expansion of bilateral ties, and proves the increase in international significance of the organization. He added that reciprocal visits of the Azerbaijani and Bulgarian leaders and friendly relations established as a result between the two countries serve as a good basis for further strengthening of bilateral ties.
In turn, the Bulgarian Vice-President too expressed satisfaction with his country’s participation in the GUAM Baku summit describing the fact as an evidence of the organization’s increasing role in development of the region.
