Prime Minister: Gasification reaches 96.6 percent in Azerbaijan

“Gasification reaches 96.6 percent in Azerbaijan, with the country outplacing other CIS member states on the relevant indicators,” said Ali, Asadov, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, during his speech at the Milli Majlis plenary session on Monday.
According to him, despite this, progressive efforts will be implemented to supply the remaining 3.4 percent of subscribers with natural gas within the financial capabilities. He added that the relevant government institutions are negotiating with the local executive authorities in this regard.
“Additionally, the implementation of the “Gasification of the liberated territories” project is underway”, the Prime Minister added.
