RUSSIAN RAILWAYS TO CELEBRATE BICENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY

Baku, November 5 (AZERTAC). The bicentennial anniversary of the Russian railway will be widely celebrated in Moscow from November 18 to 20, press service of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Transport said.

Series of events to mark the jubilee of Russian railway system imply scientific conference on the theme “Study and Education: the experience, problems and outlook”, conference on the development of Russian transport complex, and discussions on theme: “Russian transport - outlook for the future”. The Azerbaijan minister of transport Ziya Mammadov will take part in abovementioned forums. Also he is expected to attend the first global ministerial conference on road traffic safety and the exhibition titled “Road traffic safety forum”.

Also the 29th coordinating conference on transport of the CIS member states is scheduled for November 19.
