SOCAR to control gasification of all territories of Georgia

“SOCAR will control the gasification of all territories of Georgia. Azerbaijan invested $1000.000 in the economy of Georgia. These invests will serve for further strengthening strategic partnership between the two friendly and brotherly countries," SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev told the journalists.
“Due to these investments, we put into operation the 5th and 6th dams in Kulevi terminal. These dams will create wide possibilities for sale and transportation of oil and gas products through the terminal”, Rovnag Abdullayev said.
According to Rovnag Abdullayev, 25 million tons of products were transported via the Kulevi terminal.
“There is greater potential. We are going to supply with natural gas some 250 thousand subscribers. Now, we can say that by the end of this year we will fulfill this commitment,” he added.
