SOFAZ TO FUND TWO MORE PROJECTS IN 2010

Baku, November 5 (AZERTAC). Executive Director of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic Shahmar Movsumov said the SOFAZ will fund two major projects within the country in 2010.

The SOFAZ will focus on environmental and alternative energy projects.

Movsumov pointed out there will be no problems in funding other investment and social projects in 2010.

SOFAZ will allocate funds to housing and improving social conditions of refugees and IDPs, reconstruction of the Samur-Absheron irrigation system, construction of Oguz-Gabala-Baku water pipeline and Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
