SWEDISH PARLIAMENTARIANS AND MEMBERS OF NOBEL FAMILY TRAVEL TO SABIRABAD REGION
A Swedish delegation, including Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Goran Lindblad, members of the Nobel family and journalists have visited today Azerbaijan’s Sabirabad region.
Earlier in the day, the Swedish delegation visited the Galagayin refugee camp which had been recently eliminated, and about 10 thousand refugees had been moved to new settlements in Bilasuvar and Fizuli regions.
The delegation then moved on to another camps for IDPs located in the Finnish settlement named after Shahriyar and Rustamly settlement in Sabirabad where they praised the conditions and social infrastructure created for IDPs.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Sweden Rafael Ibrahimov and Swedish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hans Gunner Aden accompanied the Swedish delegation.
