TAX BODIES OF AZERBAIJAN BEAT JULY TARGET
Due to rapid economy development of Azerbaijan and fruitful work of tax bodies most budget forecasts on all kinds of taxes and payments are smashed monthly, PR department of the Ministry of Taxes said.
By early estimation of the department of the economic analysis and registration organization, 418,2 billion manats were paid to the state budget, thus, exceeding the target by 101,6 percent. In the first half of 2004, the tax proceeds targets were beat by 105,1 percent. 2 trillion 238,6 billion manats were transferred to the state budget. The tax payments to the state budget increased 302,8 billion manats or 15,6 percent in comparison with that of the same period last year.
