TURKEY READY TO ASSIST AZERBAIJAN IN ARMY BUILDING
According to the press-service of the Ministry, General-Colonel Safar Abiyev was curios about the present social and political situation in the friendly country, its Armed Forces and wished the military personnel every success in the cause of serving Motherland.
Having expressed gratitude for the warm meeting, divisional General Jahangir Akshit passed on greetings from the Commander of General Staff of the Turkey’s Armed Forces, General of Army Hilmi Ozkek to the Minster. He pointed out that Turkey is ready to render any assistance to Azerbaijan in the sphere of Army building.
During the conversation, the parties held a comprehensive opinions exchange on Azerbaijan-Turkey military cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Military Attachй of the Armed Forces of Turkey in Azerbaijan, Brigadier General Omar Bayrakly.
