Turkish, Serbian presidents hold talks in Hungary
Baku, August 20, AZERTAC
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic met on Sunday in Hungary for talks, Anadolu Agency reports.
During the closed-door meeting, Erdogan and Vucic discussed bilateral relations, and regional issues.
Saying that he sees Serbia as a "key country" for peace and stability in the Balkans, Erdogan noted Türkiye-Serbia relations have reached the highest point in history.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, Youth and Sports Minister Osman Askin Bak, Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacir, Trade Minister Omer Bolat, Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and Erdogan's chief advisers Akif Cagatay Kilic and Sabri Demir were also present at the meeting.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban invited the presidents to the capital Budapest to attend Hungary's founding day celebrations.
