The Economic Reforms Research Institute has held talks with the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and signed the contract for population’s income and employment project.

To implement the project, UNESCAP experts will be visiting Azerbaijan from July 26 to August 2.

During the visit, the UNESCAP mission will meet with representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, State Stats Committee, UN office in Azerbaijan. They will make a trip to Shamakhy and Khachmaz.

On the last day, a “roundtable” meeting will be held at the Economic Reforms Research Institute with government officials and UN representatives in attendance.
