US CATHOLIC AND MUSLIM UNION LIVENS UP
US Catholics and Muslims are seeking closer agreement, Independent Islam News Agency reported. They intend to conduct a joint religious-cultural event in the coming days.
The Catholic Muslim Union was founded in May 2003. the parties reached an agreement on provision of right information and elimination of erroneous ideas on catholisism and Islam.
Union member Thomas Driskoll said that the main problem is isolation. People always tell lies about each other without being in touch. According to other activist doctor Ali Nayas, Muslims should always seek understanding with representatives of other religions. Catholic values and ethics are very close to us.
