Uzbekistan to host the First International Islamic Forum

The First International Islamic Forum, themed “Islamic Civilization: The Path of Peace, Tolerance and Enlightenment”, is scheduled for July 7-11, 2026, in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Termez, Uza reported.
According to the Islamic Civilization Center, the prestigious forum will convene renowned scholars, religious leaders, researchers, statesmen, public figures, and representatives of international organizations from around the world to exchange views on Islamic civilization’s contributions to global development, the scholarly legacy of great Muslim thinkers, and its relevance in the modern era.
The main events of the forum will be held on 7-8 July at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, followed by international conferences in Samarkand and Termez dedicated to the legacies of Imam Bukhari, Imam Maturidi, and Imam Termizi.
