Young Azerbaijani judo fighters claim 5 European medals
Baku, April 7 (AZERTAC). Young Azerbaijani judo fighters have grabbed 5 medals, including a gold at the European Championship in Greece.
Gold medal came from Firudin Dadashov weighing in at 90kg.
Other Azerbaijani fighters Rufat Ismayilov weighing in at 81kg claimed silver medal, while Sadikh Maharramov and Davud Mammadov won bronzes in the 55kg and 60kg divisions respectively.
Azerbaijani female fighter Nazakat Khalili snatched silver medal in the 57kg weight category.
Azerbaijan ranked 4th in the overall medal table.
