8th Uzeyir Hajibayli International Music Festival opens in Baku

The eighth Uzeyir Hajibayli International Music Festival has kicked off in Baku. Co-organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, it brings together Azerbaijani and foreign musicians.
At the opening ceremony, the State Symphonic Orchestra performed an overture from Uzeyir Hajibayli`s Koroglu opera.
Azerbaijan State Choir Capella performed several works of the great Azerbaijani composer.
