As was informed by the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Moscow Ramiz Rzayev, an authoritative delegation of the Russian Federation is to come to Baku to take part at the funeral of the Ex-President of Azerbaijan, nationwide leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.

Speaking on this, the leading Russian TV companies visiting the Azerbaijan Embassy to cover the mourning ceremony on death of the Ex-President Heydar Aliyev, R. Rizayev noted that leaving of Heydar Aliyev from the life is for the Azerbaijani people a great and irreplaceable loss. The history will not so rapidly bring such Titan of political thought, bright and prominent statesman. All the notable events of modern history of the Azerbaijani state are connected with his name. At words of the Ambassador, revival of the Azerbaijani statehood and independence, economy and culture, modern democratic society – are fruits of efforts of the wise Heydar Aliyev, who laid firm foundation of the future Azerbaijan.
