Ambassador: Uzbekistan considers Azerbaijan as its key partner in South Caucasus

“Uzbekistan attaches great importance to strengthening its relations with Azerbaijan. My country considers Azerbaijan as its key partner in the South Caucasus,” Uzbek ambassador to Azerbaijan Sherzod Feyziyev said during the presentation of a new Uzbek-made automobile brand RAVON in Baku.
“In the last years our relations have developed to reach the level of strategic partnership. Surely, those close relations are based on mutual confidence, common traditions, language and culture.”
The ambassador said the two countries enjoy rapidly developing ties in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian areas.
Feyziyev said the presentation is an important step towards extending and strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan in trade and service sector.
