Armenians violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan 44 times throughout the day

Baku, June 18 (AZERTAC). The situation on the contact line between Azerbaijan and Armenia has remained tense as the Armenian Armed Forces shattered ceasefire a total of 44 times throughout the day, Azerbaijan`s Defence Ministry said.

The ceasefire was violated in nameless hills of Gazakh region, Horadiz, Garakhanbayli, Gorgan, Ashaghi Veysalli and Ashaghi Seyidahmadli villages of Fuzuli region, Shuraabad, Bash Garvand, Javahirli, Shikhlar and Marzili villages of Aghdam region, Gizil Oba, Chayli and Goyarkh villages of Terter region, Tap Garagoyunlu village of Goranboy region, Kuropatkino village of Khojavend region and Mehdili village of Jabrayil region on June 17 and on the night of June 18.

The Armenians were silenced with a retail fire, the Defence Ministry said.
