Aviation authorities of Azerbaijan and Qatar discuss cooperation prospects

President of CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines Jahangir Askerov has met with a delegation led by Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Qatar, Abdullah bin Nasser Turki Al-Subaey.
Jahangir Askerov noted that historically warm relations have been established between Azerbaijan and Qatar, as well as between AZAL and Qatar Airways. He said there are no obstacles to the expansion of cooperation in passenger and cargo transportation by air.
In turn, Abdullah bin Nasser Turki Al-Subaey said that it is his first visit to Baku and Azerbaijan's capital made a great impression on him. He stressed that the purpose of his visit is to discuss further cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar in civil aviation.
The sides expressed confidence that cooperation in civil aviation will serve to intensification and comprehensive development of relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar.
