Azerbaijan attends training within Youth in Action program in Romania
Baku, September 14 (AZERTAC). Representative of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union Agshin Huseyni has participated in the “Make a Step” trainings within the Youth in Action program in Romania.
“Make a step!” is a training course which involves 28 young people from 7 countries: 3 from program countries - Romania, Italy and Bulgaria and 4 from Neighbouring Partner Countries of Eastern Europe and Caucasus Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova.
This TC has taken place in Craiova and brought together 4 participants from every partner from which 1 is the group leader.
The training course is designed for solving a problem of European interest: lack of involvement in the civic life among young people. Thus, during the training, the participants analyzed and discussed the situation in each partner country and participated in meetings with specialist and tried develop a good practice guide for identifying optimal solutions to boost youth civic engagement. During the training participants gained an opportunity to discover themselves, develop their personal and civic skills. A meeting will be held with already successful young youth workers and volunteers from different projects.
Their experience was certificated with heads of the training.
