AZERBAIJAN FEMALE GYMNASTS PERFORM WELL IN RUSSIA

Baku, 15 December (AZERTAC). Azeri female gymnasts performed well at the International Championship in the city of Vladimir, Russia. Though Azeri junior team finished third at the November tournament in Paderborn (Germany), this time the quartet comprised of Aliya Pashayeva, Irada Ahadzade, Mansura Mehdiyeva and Medina Hasanova has won gold. Another Azeri team comprised of female gymnasts Jeyla Guliyeva, Anastasia Prasolova, Stefani Trayanova, Nigar Mirzoyeva, Jamila Huseynova, Nigar Abdusalimova and Aelita Khalafova also finished first. Junior Lala Yusifova has won silver and Jale Garatova finished fourth. Also Leyla Huseynli, 12, has won international competition in Russian city Kaliningrad.
