“Azerbaijan is the largest investor in Georgia`s economy. It is our important partner,” said Georgian Deputy Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Cherkezishvili.

He said the two countries enjoy ancient friendly relations, which presently reached the level of strategic partnership.

“We have carried out a number of very important projects with both direct participation of Azerbaijan and through the country`s investment. Both countries are reaping fruits of these projects.” “At the same time work is underway on a number of other projects. I believe we will make greater achievements,” added Cherkezishvili.
