AZERBAIJAN, RUSSIA SIGN FOUR AGREEMENTS
The agreement on mutual protection of rights on intellectual activity results in the bilateral military-technical cooperation was signed by Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev and Justice Minister of Russia Vladimir Ustinov.
The agreement on cooperation in the field of postal money order of natural persons was singed by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov and RF Minister of Information Technologies and Communications Leonid Reyman.
The program of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere for 2007-2009 was signed by deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov and deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Grigoriy Karasin.
The agreement between the National Bank of Azerbaijan and Central Bank of Russia on cooperation in the banking supervision of the lending agencies was signed by chairman of the National Bank’s Board of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov and Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Oleg Mojayskov.
