Azerbaijan, Syria explore prospects for media cooperation
Baku, December 11, AZERTAC
Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan’s Media Development Agency, met with Hamza Al-Mustafa, Minister of Information of the Syrian Arab Republic on the sidelines of the world's largest media and content industry event, the BRIDGE Summit, held in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The sides exchanged views on the prospects for the development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Syria in the field of media and communications, expansion of the flow of information, as well as areas of mutual interest in this area.
The event also focused on combating disinformation, building a reliable information environment, expanding dialogue, and establishing institutional relations.
