Azerbaijan, Uruguay: Customs officials meet
Baku, October 1 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the State Customs Committee, customs service Lieutenant General Aydin Aliyev has met Head of Customs Service of Uruguay Enrique Canon Pedragosa.
Mr. Aliyev briefed Enrique Canon Pedragosa on development way of Azerbaijan`s customs service.
The Azeri Chairman noted that the aim of the visit organized at the invitation of Azerbaijani side, was to familiarize with the customs service of the country to the Uruguayan delegation and to develop the future cooperation in the relevant sphere.
He also said that the sides would be expected to prepare for signing the agreement on joint intergovernmental fight against the violations in this field.
Enrique Canon Pedragosa, in turn, noted that this visit would give a push to expansion and development of the cooperation between the two countries in the relevant sphere.
The visit will end on Friday.
