Azerbaijan, Vietnam discuss prospects for cooperation

Baku, December 27 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani ambassador to Vietnam Anar Imanov has met Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang to discuss prospects for cooperation.

They stressed the necessity of developing bilateral relations between the two countries on all fronts, particularly in the fields of economy, trade, industry and investment.

They also discussed establishment of the intergovernmental commission, implementation of high-level visits, organization of business forums, as well as the enhancement of the legal framework.

Noting the historical friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam, they noted there was great potential for development of ties between the two countries.

The sides also agreed to continue cooperation between the Azerbaijani Embassy in Vietnam and Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade.
