Azerbaijani Ambassador meets Governor of Iran`s East Azerbaijan Province
Baku, March 7 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iran Javanshir Akhundov has met Governor of Iran`s East Azerbaijan Province Esmaeil Jabbarzade in Tabriz.
They discussed prospects of relations between the two countries in economic and trade fields.
Ambassador Akhundov said Azerbaijan was determined to develop its cooperation with Iran. He noted that the speeding up of railway construction will play an important role in the development of cooperation between the two neighboring countries.
Esmaeil Jabbarzade said they were interested in launching the teaching of Azerbaijani language and literature in Tabriz.
