Azerbaijani boxer takes gold at International tournament in Russia

Baku, February 25 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani boxer, European champion Salman Alizade at 52 kg has claimed the gold medal at an international tournament in memory of Yuri Kapitanov and Vladimir Kuzin in Lyubertsi, Russia.

Alizade beat Radik Sharafuddinov in the gold medal bout.

The tournament organized in Spartak Sports Palace brought together 130 boxers from Azerbaijan, Russia and Ukraine.
