Azerbaijani Consul General meets mayor of Tabriz
Baku, December 2 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Consul General in Tabriz Ali Alizade has met mayor of the city Sadegh Najafi-Khazarlou.
Mr. Alizade noted the important role of Tabriz in terms of expansion of relations with other cities of Azerbaijan in a variety of fields, including economy and culture.
Sadegh Najafi-Khazarlou, in turn, said there was great potential for boosting cooperation with the Azerbaijani cities, adding Tabriz municipality was interested in development of cooperation.
They exchanged views on prospects for developing relations, as well as organization of reciprocal visits among the relevant bodies of both countries.
