Azerbaijani diaspora seeks debates on Khojaly Genocide in Swedish Parliament

Azerbaijani diaspora in Sweden is seeking the inclusion of discussions on the Khojaly Genocide in the agenda of the Riksdag, the parliament of Sweden.
Chairman of the Society In the Name of Azerbaijan in Sweden Nadir Hollenbrand discussed the issue with Swedish MP of the Moderate Party Margareta Cederfelt.
Mr. Hollenbrand provided an insight into the Khojaly Genocide committed by the Armenian armed forces in 1992.
They exchanged views on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and the current situation on the line of contact, particularly the downing of an Armenian helicopter by the Azerbaijani forces.
