Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has held a telephone conversation with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar.

Following the meeting between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Brussels with the mediation and participation of the President of the Council of the European Union, the sides exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, taking of measures to normalize relations between the two states, including work on drafting a future peace agreement, organization of the Joint Border Commission, as well as humanitarian issues.
