Azerbaijani FM meets Botswana Trade and Industry Minister
Baku, February 26 (AZERTAC). As part of a visit to the South African region, Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has met Minister of Trade and Industry of Botswana Dorcas Makgato-Malesu.
The FM briefed Makgato-Malesu on the country`s economy, as well as Azerbaijan-initiated large-scale projects in the region.
They discussed how to develop trade and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Botswana.
They also exchanged views over the establishment of the legal framework between Azerbaijan and Botswana, as well as the organization of reciprocal visits of the two countries` businessmen.
Makgato-Malesu said there was favourable investment environment in Botswana, adding they were ready to create necessary conditions for Azerbaijani businessmen.
