Azerbaijani FM meets Pakistani senator
Baku, October 11 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has met member of the Senate of Pakistan, Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Defense and Defense Production Mushahid Hussain Sayed, who observed the presidential election in the country.
Hussain Sayed said they didn`t face any problems during the election, and hailed conditions created for observers and voters.
The Azerbaijani FM and the Pakistani Senator praised the current state of relations between the two countries.
Mr. Mammadyarov briefed the Pakistani delegation on the activities of Azerbaijan during chairmanship of the UN Security Council.
