AZERBAIJANI INTERIOR MINISTER MEETS IRANIAN AMBASSADOR TO AZERBAIJAN
Azerbaijan’s Interior Minister Ramil Usubov has today met with Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Nasir Hamidi Zare.
The Minister informed the Ambassador of the work to fight criminilaty in Azerbaijan.
The sides told of policies of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian leadership to deepen relations between the two countries in the mentioned field.
It was particularly stressed “as a result of these policies several bilateral international documents were signed to strengthen mutual efforts in fighting crime”.
As stated, mutual fight against international terrorism, illegal drug trafficking, as well as illegal migration has recently developed.
The sides also exchanged views on some issues emphasizing the importance of developing relations between the two countries’ law enforcement bodies.
