Azerbaijani judo fighter 2nd in world ranking
Baku, August 2 (AZERTAC). The International Judo Federation has announced its latest ranking list, placing Azerbaijan`s Elkhan Mammadov 2nd in the 100kg category.
Other judo fighters of Azerbaijan Orkhan Safarov at 60kg, Nijat Shikhalizade at 66kg, Elmar Gasimov at 100kg, lgar Mushkiyev at 60kg, Rustam Orujov at 73kg and Shahin Gahramanov at 90kg took 5th, 7th, 4th, 11th, 14th and 19th spots respectively, while the only female fighter Kifayet Gasimova listed 22nd in the 57kg class.
