Azerbaijani judo fighters to vie for medals at World Championships

Baku, August 11 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani judo fighters will compete in the World Championships in Chelyabinsk, Russia from August 25-31.

Azerbaijan`s squad includes Orkhan Safarov, Ilgar Mushkiyev, Elmar Gasimov, Elkhan Mammadov, Nijat Shikhalizade, Rustam Orujov, Tural Safguliyev, Shahin Gahramanov and Kifayat Gasimova.

The Championships will bring together 751 fighters from 20 countries.
