Azerbaijani, Moldovan prosecutors general sign cooperation program

Baku, July 1 (AZERTAC). The prosecutor general’s offices of Azerbaijan and Moldova have signed a cooperation program on the sidelines of “Fight against corruption: international standards and national experiences” international conference in Baku.

The program was signed by Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov and Moldova’s Prosecutor General Corneliu Gurin.

Speaking to the signing ceremony, Garalov hailed cooperation between Azerbaijani and Moldovan prosecution bodies as close. He said the program would contribute to strengthening the existent ties between the two countries` prosecution authorities.

“In particular, the document will strengthen the protection of rights of the Azerbaijanis living in Moldova and the Moldovans in Azerbaijan”.

Gurin also praised Azerbaijan-Moldova relations.
